　　石膏粉生產(chǎn)線原料破碎工藝:石膏塊體次由粗顎式破碎機破碎，分布在卸料區(qū)，第二次由細(xì)顎式破碎機破碎，送入料倉。在此過程中，嚴(yán)禁粗顎式破碎機帶負(fù)荷起動，停止報警信號;卸料區(qū)分為兩個卸料區(qū)，卸料車應(yīng)自由切換，物料分布均勻。石膏粉生產(chǎn)線預(yù)磨:筒倉中的石膏粉用螺桿量取，帶機進(jìn)入柱磨機進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步磨粉，再用分離器進(jìn)行分離。合格物料由角螺桿輸送機、立斗提升機、頂螺桿輸送機運至面粉倉。在此過程中，用定值法測量螺旋，計算累計輸出。柱磨機也不能帶負(fù)荷啟動，并需要測試電流;由庫存水平信號來選擇倉庫進(jìn)料。
