所謂粘結(jié)砂漿就是使用水泥、石英砂、聚合物膠結(jié)料配以多種添加劑經(jīng)機(jī)械混合均勻而成的一種砂漿，被主要應(yīng)用于粘結(jié)保溫板的粘結(jié)劑，也可以稱為聚合物保溫板粘結(jié)砂漿。這種粘結(jié)砂漿主要使用質(zhì)量較好的改性特制水泥及多種高分子材料、填料經(jīng)獨(dú)特工藝復(fù)合而成，保水性好，粘貼強(qiáng)度高。

It is primarily used as a bonding agent for bonding insulation boards and can also be referred to as polymer insulation board bonding mortar. This bonding mortar is mainly made from high-quality modified special cement and various polymer materials and fillers compounded through a unique process, resulting in good water retention and high bonding strength.

使用的時候需要注意以下幾個事項(xiàng)：

1、粘結(jié)砂漿在配合比例攪拌后，能夠根據(jù)施工現(xiàn)象的具體情況來對砂漿的站稠度進(jìn)行調(diào)整。

When using bonding mortar, the following points should be noted: 1. After mixing the bonding mortar according to the specified proportions, the consistency of the mortar can be adjusted based on the specific conditions of the construction site.

2、施工環(huán)境和基層墻體的溫度不能低于5℃，風(fēng)力5級以下，避免雨天施工。

2. The temperature of the construction environment and the base wall must not be lower than 5℃, and the wind force should be below level 5. Construction should be avoided on rainy days.

3、粘貼保溫板時均勻揉壓，不能拍擊振動。

When pasting insulation boards, press evenly and avoid hitting or vibrating them.

4、粘貼完畢48小時內(nèi)，不能進(jìn)行下一道工序的施工，同時應(yīng)避免觸碰、敲擊、振動。

Within 48 hours after pasting is completed, the construction of the next process cannot be carried out, and at the same time, touching, knocking, and vibration should be avoided.

5、如果遇到風(fēng)力在5級以上或者降雨的情況，應(yīng)采取防護(hù)措施。

6、拌制好的砂漿應(yīng)在2小時內(nèi)用完，已凝固硬化的砂漿不得二次使用。

7、嚴(yán)禁工地現(xiàn)場私自添加砂子，水泥或者是其他的添加劑。
